Erin Lofton (b. 1964) is a visionary American artist in a unique genre. Born and raised in Chicago, Lofton studied fashion design, painting, and sculpture at the Otis Art Institute / Parsons School of Design in Los Angeles during the 1980s.

Artist Statement

I explore the Divine nature of beauty and chaos in life experience and set out to express these observations in my artwork. My paintings honor nature and the old ways with most of the images being a reflection of my own contemplation of the cycle of Life, Death and Rebirth.
