Order Online
We offer PayPal as a safe and easy way to pay online. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase, just a credit card. Select the Buy Now button to make your purchase. After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an order receipt email from PayPal to the email address you entered during checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, it will contain the shipping method and a tracking number.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped FREE. Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders will shipped within 1 – 7 business days after payment has been verified. Your order will ship via UPS ground, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail, and will require an adult signature upon delivery. For this reason, you may want to opt for a commercial/work address to ensure someone is present to sign for your package. Please allow up to ten (10) days after the ship date for delivery of your order.
Shipping Damages
All items are carefully and professionally packaged, however, should you receive a damaged package, refuse to accept it, request the driver to note all the details and immediately notify office @ petermarsauthentic.com that your packaged was damaged and you refused to accept the package. If you have received a package and the contents has being damage, contact the office @ petermarsauthentic.com immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to process a claim with the carrier. In both cases you will receive a full refund. Claims must be made within three (5) business days of your receipt of an order.
Return Policy
With the exception of work damaged during transit, all sales are final.
Sales Tax
Shipments to Illinois will be subject to 9.75% sales tax.
